About St. Vincent de Paul Society
Please support the Society of St. Vincent de Paul so that together we can help the poor as they carry their cross of suffering and pain. We are thankful for your generous donations of $1,777.00 in the February Harvest envelopes. Please remember the last Sunday of each month is Harvest Sunday and drop the [orange] Harvest envelope in with the 1st collection. Non-perishable food items may be left in the candle room bins. One of the most encouraging signs of the Gospel at work in our midst is the vitality and quality of this social justice ministry in our Parish.
New: Jubilee Business Patrons
As part of Our Lady of Victory’s 50th Anniversary events, the St. Vincent dePaul Society is asking business owners and professions to help in their efforts to raise funds to help families in need. If 50 “Business/Professions” could come up with a one-time monetary gift, it could make a real miracle take place here, through the work of the parish volunteers of St. Vincent dePaul. These funds go directly back to the Parish community by providing assistance to our neighbors and friends in need. It’s easy! Three gift levels, something to fit everyone.
Gold - $1,000 Silver - $500 Bronze - $250

About St. Vincent de Paul at Our Lady of Victory Parish
St Vincent de Paul is a group of volunteers focused on addressing the needs of those in our community who have hit a bad patch in life. The good people of our parish make regular donations to ensure that this work continues. Members visit in pairs to determine the needs and how we can help.
We can offer spiritual comfort, financial aid and guidance and direction to other sources of help. St Vincent de Paul works closely with other service agencies in the area and often refers clients to them.
Confidentiality is a major component of the way this group works.
