GENERATIONS IN FAITH TOGETHER...AT HOME!

 

As we begin our 4th season of GIFT we want to provide you with a “Road Map” of activities to do at home between GIFT sessions and Sunday Mass that will help you make the connections needed to guide your family down the road of spiritual growth and commitment to our faith.

The Roads:

Calendar Street – Important dates to add to your home calendar

Scripture Avenue – Weekly Scripture readings with family activities from Our Faith & Family Bible leading us down the road to become who we’re called to be.

Website Drive – What’s online? We will provide for you internet links such as Youtube videos that are inspirational, activities, meditations and resources to strengthen your faith.

Connection Road - We will have activities for you to experience as a family to connect one GIFT session to the next…praying, learning, doing, acting, making the connection to our faith, church, Mass and community.

Prayer Path - “Ask and it will be given you; search, and you will find; knock and the door will be opened for you.” (Matthew 7:7) Pray! Pray often; pray always; pray for any reason!! On our journey we will provide you with inspirational prayers that will lead you on a path to love, to forgive, to express to seek to find what your inner spirit may need… This is also where you will find our traditional Catholic prayers that we have put together to help you learn and teach the family that joins us together in faith with Catholic families around the world.

Saint Circle – Did you know there is a Catholic Saint for almost everyday?  Catholic Saints are holy people and human people who lived extraordinary lives. Each saint the Church honors responded to God's invitation to use his or her unique gifts. God calls each one of us to be a saint.  We will give you the names of saints to explore…how are you like them?
